Jeff Thies from ServiceNowSimple answers the question "What is ServiceNow?" by looking at the Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How of ServiceNow. This is a great introduction to ServiceNow, it's purpose, platform, and infrastructure. I am an IT guy. I have many little task. I have to run everything in service-now. More than half of my working time is spent making what I do transparent. On top of that, the colleagues don't like it either because there was a person there before who helped immediately. Now Tick it and you will get a random face who will either help you or forward your ticket. IT doesn't make money? Thanks to us, a lot of everything has been automated. If it doesn't make money, then nothing. I don't understand why the operation of the network does not bring money? Our factory has thousands of endpoints. Thanks to this, production goes on. Without IT, everything would die in a few days. So the fact that IT does not bring money is simply ridiculous.
Very helpful, thanks!
Digital business infrastructure.
This was exactly what I needed and to find before your video
The claim that ServiceNow can replace the IT department is dubious at best. I would argue that it can be a great tool to make the IT department far more efficient though.
This is such an amzing, simple, clear and enyojable presentation
thanks so much, great explanation, I did not even feel the almost 10 mins of it!
Hi Jeff, How do identify which ServiceNow Program Badges a partner has attained? Thank you.
You left off the seventh, who?, what?, when?, where?, why?, how?, and how much?
So, after watching half the video, I still don´t have a first Idea what they do.

How I choose between ServiceNow or Salesforce?
I'm looking to do certification. Salesforce is huge and starting to saturate. Tons of professionals already in the market. ServiceNow seems newer and less competition, however not as widespread.
Looks like both were built for only module, but then expanded into a full ERP system cloud.
Video still doesn't explain anything
Basically it's a way to keep track of requirements without having to interact with the IT people?..
I don't understand why this exists..
Is it because email is messy?.. weird
Business people can't solve IT problems. If they could, they would have become IT people..
I was actually looking for a "WHAT" that tells what it can do.
My company switched to SNOW about 2 years after using Jira for nearly 7 years. I have to say SNOW sucks!!! It's clunky as hell looking, where as Jira was more simplistic looking for creating tickets. Resolving tickets in Jira use to be so simple. Now in SNOW it requires you to fill in components, start time, end time etc....
I was hoping to at least get to see what it looked like. Maybe too informative and in the wrong direction...
Dear all new producers - don’t give up on that hope of making good soft
